Five Patch Fragments 27, 28 from Virtual Quilter

Interesting mix of 5 patch blocks.

The colours in these two designs reflect Aussie weather in my part of the country as it is this month … it is supposed to be sunny, hot and dry, but is actually cloudy, hot and wet with occasional cool moments!

Five Patch Fragments 21, 22 from Virtual Quilter

Different sort of colours for me, though still close to my favourite green, just different shades of green.

I bought a plant sometime ago, which I will plant when summer starts cooling a little, which will add a touch of contrast in the spot I intend placing it. If the description I have read is any indication it will look like the centre of the design.

Five Patch Fragments 18, 19, 20 from Virtual Quilter

Love the design, contrast is about right, colours not so great … but the design is fine.

My opinions of the second one are the same as the first!

I don’t like the last one a lot, but there are some interesting bits I will play with, so it was worth keeping.
